SIMON ELLERAY
FOUNDER
Simon Elleray has over 34 years of experience in the construction industry across various disciplines, including high end residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, airport and infrastructure works. He has worked on, and been responsible for the delivery of major projects throughout the Middle East, UK, Australia and Serbia, including the Norman Foster designed Index Tower in the DIFC (UAE), Msherieb Downtown Doha and the newly opened Abu Dhabi Airport Terminal to name but a few.
KRISTINE M. ELLERAY
CO-FOUNDER
Kristine Elleray has a strong background in PVC doors and windows, along with PPR pipes, accumulating over ten years of experience. She held the position of Vice President/Director at Eurovek, located in Makati City, from 2001 to 2011. Furthermore, Kristine offers seven years of international expertise from her time at Phoenix Project Development in Doha, Qatar, from 2012 to 2019, focusing on construction materials in a related field.
ROSEMARIE J. MENDOZA
CEO/DIRECTOR
Rosemarie Mendoza brings extensive expertise in PVC doors and windows, as well as PPR and deep well pipes, with over a fifteen years of experience in the industry. From 2005 to 2012, she served as Assistant Vice President at Eurovek in Makati City. Additionally, Rosemarie held the position of Chief Operating Officer (CEO) at Jordan Bros in Antipolo City, a company primarily focused on doors and windows, where she was responsible for overseeing the overall operations from 2016 to 2024.
ISIDRO MACALINAO
PRODUCTION MANAGER/DIRECTOR
Mr. Isidro Macalinao has a decade of technical operations experience in supervision, fabrication, delivery, and installation, particularly in Metro Manila. From 2016 to 2023 , he served as Production Manager at Jordan Bros in Antipolo City. He demonstrates strong leadership skills, ensuring smooth project execution with a focus on quality. His hands-on approach and attention to detail have greatly contributed to high-profile developments. Mr. Macalinao's commitment to excellence and problem-solving abilities make him a valuable asset, driving projects forward and maintaining the organization's reputation for quality and innovation.
